Visit Porto and Costa Nova
Costa Nova is a beautiful beach, which also comes with a village known as the Portuguese Venice, called Aveiro, very close to the beach. It’s a place that, by itself, would be worth the trip… but since we’re talking about beaches, let’s stick to the natural beauties. And one thing is worth knowing: in the region, they say there is no blue like the blue of the Costa Nova sea. And from the pictures, it seems to be true. The place is very close to Porto, with the traveler taking just an hour to travel from there to Costa Nova, either by train or by car. The coolest thing is that Costa Nova and the village of Aveiro are also very close to Coimbra, and from Lisbon it’s only a 2 and a half hour trip – quite feasible!
Visit Lisbon and Magoito
Known as Pedregal, Magoito beach is a super long and quiet place, ideal for spending time with the family. It is located between Praia da Aguda and Praia do Gerebele, and is very close to Lisbon. It is such a beautiful and well-preserved place that it has been a place of important scientific value for geosciences, mainly due to the natural monuments of Sintra. It is even possible to take a very interesting route to Sintra to see these natural monuments through a not very long trail.

The beaches of the Algarve are simply unrivaled when it comes to tourism in Portugal. That’s because there are dozens of places of interest that every traveler who enjoys the beach and passes through Europe needs to know. One of the most famous and considered by many to be the most beautiful in the entire region is Praia do Camilo, in the city of Lagos. The staircase and the peripheral vision of those arriving make it stand out in anyone’s mind.
